Browsing the "Canton of Fribourg" Tag

The canton of Fribourg in Switzerland offers magnificent hikes that will not leave the walker insensitive. The canton includes the mountainous ensemble of the Fribourg Pre-Alps, the most famous massif of which remains the Vanil Noir, which rises to 2389 m. Among the emblematic peaks of the canton of Fribourg, we should also mention the Moléson (2002 m), which offers a ski area in winter, the Dent de Lys (2014 m) and the Vanil Carré (2195 m). After the effort, the hiker can find comfort in the village of Gruyères around a good fondue followed by delicious meringues with double cream.
